2. Forbidden Behavior & Content

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on HaloParty:

• Posting, requesting, or engaging with sexual or suggestive material involving minors
• Attempting to contact, groom, or initiate harmful communication with minors
• Uploading, linking, or referencing CSAM in any form
• Pretending to be a minor or falsifying age information for malicious intent
• Participating in or promoting behavior that puts minors at physical or emotional risk
• HaloParty uses both automated detection technologies and trained moderation teams to continually monitor for threats and violations.

3. Reporting Procedures

Each report is treated with urgency, handled confidentially, and escalated based on local legal processes when necessary.

4. Consequences & Enforcement Actions

Upon confirmation of a child-safety violation, HaloParty may take one or more of the following actions:

• Immediate removal of the offending content
• Temporary restriction or permanent suspension of the account
• Blocking access through device identifiers or IP addresses
• Reporting the matter to law-enforcement agencies
• Cooperating fully with ongoing investigations
• Serious cases are prioritized and reviewed immediately.
